FOLK DANCING FOR BEGINNERS AND EXPERIENCED DANCERS IN THE HEART OF THE OXFORDSHIRE COTSWOLDS.

FOR OVER 50 YEARS WE HAVE MET MOST WEDNESDAYS AT STONESFIELD VILLAGE HALL, FIELD CLOSE, STONESFIELD, OXFORDSHIRE OX29 8EF .

WE MEET AT 7.45PM AND FINISH AROUND 10PM, WITH A SHORT BREAK FOR REFRESHMENTS.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
NO NEED TO BRING A PARTNER.
JUST TURN UP ON A WEDNESDAY AT 8PM WITH £3.00. THE FIRST NIGHT IS FREE!

WE ARE AFFILIATED TO THE ENGLISH FOLK DANCE AND SONG SOCIETY

OUR VENUE - Stonesfield Village Hall, Field Close, Stonesfield, Oxfordshire OX29 8EF

The Main Hall can accommodate up to 60 dancers and the adjacent Club Room is used to serve the meals. Beside the Hall is the Sports & Social Club which has a drinks licence and is available to Dancers over the weekend. The adjacent Playing Field of over 8 acres has an area suitable for Tents, Caravans or Motor homes but anyone booking for this must be aware that access is restricted while Cricket is being played. We will let all Campers know the best times to get access. There is also a 'Play Area' that includes a popular 'Zip Wire'. No dogs are allowed by the Playing Fields Committee, apart from Assistance Dogs accompanying dancers, which are welcome in all parts of the Hall.
